You could try the Morefit team? They have a studio near Finsbury Park tube. On Saturday afternoons they do free outdoor fitness sessions at 2:30pm (Freefit) so you could talk to one of the team then.

I haven't tried the personal training but I do try and go to Freefit when I can and it's great.

Personal trainer: 'How flexible are you ?'

Me: 'Can't make thursday mornings but otherwise i'm ok'.

Hi, I use a trainer called Fabian, we meet twice a week and I couldn't recommend him highly enough. He will travel to you and we work out in the local park but I think he does gyms and home sessions too. Very reasonably priced, his number is 07539133520.

I'd recommend Stephan or Mervyn at Your Body  19 Ferme Park Road. Both excellent at all sorts of training and especially rehab. t 0208 341 5544
