I am time poor but want to get back on track with my fitness regime.

And I have recently seen your post now I don't know if you have got a trainer already but if not I'm sure I can help I am also in the north London area and can get to you no problem.I run 1-2-1 personal training sessions in Finsbury Park outdoors for only £25ph great value for money.
