I miss the old spot down in Wood Green where I was afraid to visit in person, unlike the 3rd world warzone they replaced it with on Station road.

That's actually quite useful to know and very sensible of them really! It would be nice to think that all problems could be solved that easily.

Glad it worked out for you, but they still take too long.
I applied last week - first had to apply to be given my login details and provide proof of identity (er, I pay council tax, would it not be better to look that up rather than accepting a photo of my driving licence that quite frankly could be tampered with?). Then a problem because I got confused by the sales page and tried to change my mind about the quantity I wanted (not possible - there is no 'my basket' option that would allow you to change what you would like), then ordered them on Saturday and still nothing.
I don't mind waiting - it is the combination of waiting with a really substandard online sales site that annoys me.
Admittedly I am irritated by the whole parking thing. I had relatives staying over Easter and they got TWO tickets, once because we missed replacing the ticket by 10 minutes and one because he forgot to scrub out the 00 option on the card. I was embarrassed. Ok, both mistakes on our part but just makes me hate the system even more.
