Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Do we not need parking permits for workers coming to fix our plumbing etc. This could be urgent. I also have grandchildren who pop in from out of London without prior consultation and want to spend a day with me. What is up with this council. Send us leaflets and explain.

To answer the original question, yes you do, details here though this could change soon re ££ etc. You have to register at least a week ahead with proof of residence. Visiting plumbers will expect you to have permits ready as they can't park otherwise.

See other threads this week about the latest proposal being to make all permits expire within a year, which precludes stocking up for unexpected visitors, and is obviously just a nasty money-raiser.

Please email your ward councillors Margaret. Some may be asleep and have forgotten who they are supposed to represent.

Many have the same view as Pam Isherwood and agree this is pure avoidable nastiness.
Wake 'em up!

Yes you most def do, which is why we generally keep a stack. If you need any, message me as I have loads for the ladder area
