Proposal. To be discussed at the Cabinet next Tuesday.
Up by around 60%+, "to bring us into line with other London Boroughs".
LBH charges were lower than most but I had thought that was to offset the highest Council Tax in the world.
I like this bit, 6.1, on Residents' Parking Permits:
"Since 2002 they received a financial subsidy from PCN income and the 2010 review has concluded that this is a balance which cannot be maintained because PCN issues are declining and the consequent pressure this decline creates in Haringey’ s parking account needs to be addressed."
