parking bans green lanes

Im parking attendant but I see my role in this community to help not to punish. I know many of publics hate me abuse me dont understand what I do. But ... I need to find some people live or work by green lanes to avoid stupid tickets or towing away. I think we shall to put some informations in english and turkish that drivers are not allowed to park their vhls on lane goes through central London in the morning and in the evening back. Its simple but signs make you confused. No problem to come discuss and do smth to make Better Haringey.
