Is that a Council paid project or part of one the Council is not paying For ?
As seems to be taking for Ages to complete
Noticed on a Recent visit to Stuart Crescent Centre making raised beds.
Ideal for Council Staff to enjoy breaks. Also hiding Drugs and Weapons
Also noticed that many of the vehicles Parked in Stuart Crescent had Council Staff Permits

The green has been turned into a total mess...... Some trees have been dug up and removed in favour of the raised beds ideal dumping ground for rubbish etc ......the whole area is reflective of how the council is run!

Personally Believe the Council should have got some Mobile / Temporary small Homes for the Homeless and parked them in the Park. Opposite all the Civic Centre Fat Cats / As a Reminder how bad a Service they are Offering Rate Payers
