I don't agree that harringay area is as unsafe as we are being told (bare with me here) compared to most of the rest of haringey :-)

No, nor do I. I'm not sure the article's saying that. I've pointed to it because I felt hat parents would rather be ware of the incidents than not. The same could happen in any area.
