Pretty much everything written in tabloid paper style annoys me, but in particular:
Tragic - applied to anyone to whom something bad has happened
Brave - people with diseases are always brave
And that really annoying trait of using the object of the sentence as an adjective, so that a lady who died in a crash becomes "Crash death Lady" and (bizarrely) the wife of a man who faked his own death by going to sea in a canoe becomes "Canoe Wife"
