This afternoon I took this speedy snap of a spider in the garden as I was taking some other shots. I magnified it on my screen to the actual image size and I was amazed at what a beautiful creature our humble garden spider is.
When I have time I'll go back and put the camera on a a tripod and get some sharper shots. In the meantime. love your spiders!

Yes credit to these fellas who deal with the occasional mosquito and green bottle fly!
I had no idea how beautiful they are till I looked at this image.
Yup, ideally it needs a camera on a tripod and some focus stacking.
What camera and lens set-up have you got?
Been looking for a camera, but so many to pick from and a ever climbing pricetag
I have a dslr. If I was starting from scratch now I’d go mirrorless.
What’s your budget?
under 500.
mirrorless? really?
Im old school SLR user....so that was kinda what I was looking for.
The only one I really had my eye on was the Nikon 5200.  But I heard the kit lens is pretty pants
I used to be Nikon and still hanker, but I can't tell you any more than you'll find in countless reviews.
I'm sure the body will be fine. You might even consider a good second hand one and put your money into glass. That's where you'll see the difference. I've bought many lenses new, but those I have bought second hand have been just fine.
So what camera are you using now and why would you go mirrorless?
Being old school.  I was always taught, you cant beat the, "what you can see,is what you get" with a mirror camera
