Ostrich at ALDI, half the calories of beef

Having visited an ostrich farm in South Africa a few years back, I feel obliged to promote this. In Australia I think dairy will survive for premium products like cheese and baby powder, but Hooves damage the land. Kangaroo and Emu have soft pads that don’t disrupt the delicately thin top soil, this farming doesn’t have the methane associated with dairy/ beef.  I slice Ostrich thin and ad it to spring veg, enoki and Harringay Local Stores White Miso.
