I'm only 4'11", so it hangs a little low on me! It's unisex (not specifically designed for women).

It's a 26 litre version - it also comes in a 32 litre version, so it's the smaller one.

Thanks Maria. I was referring to the back size. The 26 and 32 both came in different back sizes.
Unless its the new updated one (different to your photo), which is only one back size?
Sorry to be pendatic, but the Osprey m/l back size is too big for me.
