Online Visitor Parking Permits
Hi All, Is anyone else having problems accessing visitor parking permits online? I have now tried many times but the link seems to be 'down' every time I try. I have also sent online messages - but to no avail!

Ditto, see my post below. Absolutely disgusting, as the parking patrols have been having a field day, catching cars out. I’ve had trouble since the first time I tried about 3weeks ago. Although it seems ok now. But I think that might just be because the system is now used to me logging in everyday

I too have experienced the system being 'down' more than once. It is a shockingly bad system. And what are you to do if your internet is not working? (this wasn't a problem related to cookies, but with the router).

Could it be that you are not accepting cookies? - it can't work if you don't.
Agree it is an annoying system which even as an online system could be so much easier. I've ended up giving my account details to trusted others. Not much help for strings of unknown people though. As mentioned on this site many times, a mixture of online and paper is much needed.
