Open to ALL levels of practice including complete beginners as the class is slow, and yet dynamic. It helps you build strength, flexibility, and fun!
Ashtanga yoga is a wonderful physical and mental practice where you move at your own pace (following your breath) learning a sequence of postures to be done in a flow (the vinyasa).
Classes are online on Thursdays, 6-7pm.
£9 for a one-off class; £7 when you purchase a 4xclass pass.
