Decision made and marked as 'Disposed', and no more consideration due to lack of progress.

I'm sure the current residents will be happy, but it does make you wonder how on earth any more housing is ever going to get built in this borough. This was a plan to increase the supply of housing in the area, funded by a private developer, with mandated levels of affordable housing included.

I wonder what happened...not the greatest advert for Labour's housebuilding targets...
