Old iphone going spare anyone?

My very old iphone 3gs has finally heaved its last text and has left us for a better place.

Having sacrificed my upgrade for my dearest boyfriend when his phone smashed earlier this year, I now can't upgrade without needing a mortgage until November.

So thought I'd see if anyone has an old iphone knocking about that they'd be willing to give me or sell cheaply to tide me over a few months...

I need a phone with internet/email for work (self employed writer).

I can't justify vast wads of cash when I'll only need it a few months until I can get a free upgrade, but if you have one you're willing to rehome, I'd be very glad of it - though I need it in the next 24 hours as I'm off on holiday this week.
