Old clock needs mending

Free: Clock in wooden case, with Westminster chime mechanism (bing bong bing BONG) obviously not working but I have the missing hand and 2 keys, if anyone thinks they can mend it!

Off Philip Lane, bus 230 or 341

I know this isn't very helpful at all...I took mine down to Torquay where there's a shop called something like Timepieces in St Marychurch. I had a 4 month wait because they're so busy!

I did hear there's a place near the Victoria Stakes (Ally Pally way) that can fix clocks too but I don't know much more than that I'm afraid.
