We are looking for an office unit for our architectural and interior design practice, about 20 square meters in area and in N8 (ideally close to where we live). We are also happy to share an office with someone else or to rent a part of an office.

Not N8 but Lawrence Road, N15 has loads of temporary office space at very cheap rates. The site is due to be developed so all the old offices are in limbo hence the space available. You could probably get 200 square meters for the cost of 20 in N8. The down side is that you will have to move out eventually once Bellway starts work.
