Perhaps the stupid and selfish section of the population who believe that rules don't apply to them will get the message. But I doubt it.

For all intents and purposes it's a curfew. Nothing open after 10pm so no reason to go out.

It was very quiet when I bumbled down from Manor House this evening - it felt like it was 2-3 hours later on a Thursday, for sure.
