So, all day, there has been some kind of party in a house in Lothair Rd South and when I was walking my dog this evening (the only time I went out today and purposely left it until the streets were quieter) I passed a gathering on Wightman Rd - they were having a party on the street, not even in their own home and I had to cross the road to ensure the appropriate distance. I'm a keyworker and this is not ok!

I completely agree. We had a party next door weekend before last 2 days in a row. Nothing big, but several external people incl kids. We ended up following instructions to register that people are breaking the Covid-19 rules. The guy living there is a key worker, goes from house to house and it's really not ok. Police told us they can't do anything as it's private property (well, they can't barge in but they can go around). Advised to call the council which was closed although they should have an out of hours service. The neighbour's daughter came the following day and threatened us - police finally attended and all they did was tell her to stop coming around for parties.
Last weekend we then had 2 cars full of people attending a BBQ at another neighbour's.
Today I reminded a guy to please keep his distance to me - he was scooting towards me. He told me to f... Off and called me an 'f... Bitch'. Yesterday a guy telling my husband he didn't care about social distancing when blocking the road. I am really fed up how people behave and will try to stay even more clear of others. I work for social services and literally see people on our case load die. When will people wake up?!
