This reads like an Estate Agent ad. " Benefits from" " conveniently located " etc.

 Do we allow that ?

Hi John,

We're not estate agents, we're private owners just trying to rent out our flat, hence the 'No Agents' tag.

Thanks for the feedback though. We may amend the wording if it's too formal.

Dan

OK Daniel - fair enough. I would just hate to see HOL filled with commercial ads, hence the query. Good luck.

1st Citizen: "No, Never! Well spotted, Citizen John."

2nd Citizen: "Tear him to pieces. He's an Estate Agent."

Cinna the Poet: "I am Cinna the poet, I am Cinna the sinner!"

3rd Citizen:  "Tear him for his bad verses, tear him for his benefits from and sole use."

Cinna the Poet: "I am Sinner the . . ."

4th Citizen:  "Tear him for his sins against the language. Ban him from benefits from HOL."

Sinner the Chancer: "I am . . ."

1st Citizen: "Tear him for his magnolia! Off wi' 'is 'ed. Send him to his galley kitchen."

Citizen O.A.E.: "On due reflection I actually agree with Citizen John D."

Citizen O.A.E.: "On more mature reflection I have read Citizen Daniel's comment to Citizen John Doe and agree that he is who he says he is, Cinna the Poet. We look forward to celebrating his next slim volume."

Looks like a great flat Daniel. Hope we can help you find a tenant.

Thanks Hugh

If you weren't looking to rent it immediately, I would definitely be making an appointment to view but unfortunately I won't be in a position to move until Feb.  I am sure you'll have no shortage of interest but if on the off chance you're still looking for tenants in the new year, give me a shout!

Hi all,

Due to Christmas and someone dropping out at the last minute, our flat is still available if anyone is looking or knows anyone who is.

Many thanks
Dan
