Has permission already been granted for this ? The building work is already well under way.
And as for their proud sign on the front proclaiming that they practice "Considerate Construction", what a load of spin! Several people had to call the council a few weeks ago as they were making a huge amount of noise at 11.30 p.m.
On the 'positive' side, the Arena car park was already full to bursting on Saturday, which suggests that the shop will not be able to attract any more traffic to the area (after, of course, the initial chaos that will ensue when it opens....)

I haven't heard of anything as yet. Though as RM had modified the unit to fit their purpose, I guess that it will need to be returned to a shell in order to progress it to another use.
For the Considerate Construction scheme, you can make a complaint directly to the scheme.
