New River Path at Rowley Gardens open?

Does anyone know if the gate to the New River path by Rowley Gardens, opposite Finsbury Park, is open again yet? It was closed for works to the path last time I went there.

They seem to be making an actual path with hardcore. Hopefully, it will be re-opened and the gates at each end made accessible to wheelchair users.
