New Post Natal Pilates Course, N8

Pilates is excellent exercise for new mum's, join my new post natal pilates course to:

•       meet other local new mums;
•       strengthen your pelvic floor; and
•       strengthen & tone your abdominal muscles.

Pre-crawling babies welcome!

Class Details:

10 week course starting Monday, 29 September from 10am to 10.55am
Burghley Road Play Space (N8).  

Cost: £90 for 10 weeks (to be paid in advance) £12 drop-in.
