Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

There seems to be a new Holland a Barrett Health Food shop opening in Wood Green. It's a new double fronted place on the same side as M&S and should be about three or four times bigger than the current one adjacent to Shopping City. H&B not a wonderful shop compared to others in that line such as Infinity in Brighton but a far cry cheaper than your chain neighbourhood 'health' stores such as Planet Organic and Fresh & Wild.

From my experience the larger H&B stores are quite good in stocking veggie, vegan and organic foods (including substitutes, pulses, dried fruits/nuts) and have a healthy stock as well as all the usual vitamin supplements and protein bulkers.

I was going to put this in the exclusive Harringay Veggies group section but as they stock more than that niche, so in the interest of fairness I put it here.

I have joined this site to post this to put the record straight & proved wrong will apologise.
J H Dewhust the Vestey company dissolved in 1995 & Dewhurst butchers ltd an MBO carried on until 2005 selling the last 200 shops to lloyd Maunder of Devon,
They closed the group in 2006 keeping 9 shops to go with their 6 still trading,

H&B is used by fools.     Just eat right.  You'll find everything your body needs in FOOD.   Supplements are a racket.
