Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hello,

I have a small gluten free business making as many tasty (yes really) gluten free products as I can. I make sweet and savoury products such as tarts, pasta, gnocchi, cookies, muffins and cakes and am looking to supply local businesses.

If you are interested or know anyone who might be please contact me: caroline@omgf.co.uk

Thanks.

Do you do any vegan cakes Caroline?

Good luck with the business.

I haven't tried any yet as it's not my area of expertise, but next time I'm experimenting I might give one a go - I'll keep you posted if you're interested.

Thanks!

Gluten free bread?

HI Sharon,

sadly not as I am yeast intollerant. I make a yeast free soda bread for myself but it has such a short shelf life I couldn't sell it. Have you tried Romeo's Bakery on Upper St?

No I haven't. My son is gluton intolerant but likes bread! G free bread is so expensive, well all g free products are.

I know what you mean Sharon, I try to keep my costs down but I still have to pay a premium for my ingredients. Romeo's is expensive but worth a visit for a treat.

Oh it would be amazing if you could supply Tomos with gf pasta, I would love you forever!  I'm coeliac :-)

Thanks Katie, I will look into it.
