Just visited - next to Tesco Metro on Hornsey High Street.

Looks like they're still stocking up but could be good. There a huge shop area with an outside plant area through the back, so looks promising. Nice people too

Looks like someone needs to tell Google maps that postal codes beginning N8 are HORNEY not Tottenham.
Apart from that this is where Ellis's was I think or later the furniture auction. Looks good.

I went in today and it looks pretty good - a limited stock but what they've got seemed spot on and I suspect will be far more helpful and knowledgeable than Homebase or some garden centre staff! They have only been open since Easter so are still settling in and stocking up, but definitely worth visiting.

The only problem of course is parking, which is pretty limited around there. That said, we went for compost and manure and found a spot both times... so give it a go.

Apparently there is a piece about the shop in the local paper today but couldn't find it. If anyone does, can you link it here?
