New Cafe / Bar on Green Lanes

This picture of one of the empty shops opposite Sainsbury's was tweeted at us this morning:

The recent progress had escaped me. The work on this place must have been going on for, what, a year? Good to seeing it nearing conclusion. 

In response to Bryn's question, I spoke with the owner six months or so ago. At the time, he told me the was building a cafe / bar / shisha. It looks like we'll find out one way or another pretty soon.
