Neil Protheroe - would highly recommend.

Feedback from Helen McCormack -  Neil Protheroe was excellent. He made a though inspection of my boiler and made a suggestion that I may benefit under the manufacturer warranty. He made the call for me and established my warranty status. The subsequent Engineers visit sorted everything out, renewing parts as required.  Neil was so helpful. He could have recommended that I get a new boiler as did my previous engineer!  but he pointed me in the best direction saying that he would revisit if it didnt work out with the Manufacturer.  I was very grateful for his excellent service and would recommend him highly.
