Need someone for a small bathroom job

This is a very small job but needs to be done with more skill than I have   Removing bath sealant  from the corners in the shower where it has become a bit mouldy and replacing with new sealant    Also either replacing the current loo seat or fixing it in place where the screws are loose    Do you know anyone who might be willing and able?
