Nanny recommendation?

Hi all I hope this is the correct place to post this request. I was told this community might be able to help me!
I am looking for a live in nanny to look after my kids aged 2 and 5. I have just given my current nanny notice to leave because she wasn't up to my expectation in performance. To start ASAP, any advice and leads appreciated! I live in South Tottenham. Thanks neighbours!
