I don't know how many of you are aware of the MovieTone film archive, which contains some fascinating historical clips.

You should register to get started on this web site:

After logging in, I typed in "Harringay", and it came up with 28 clips dating from between 1936 and 1968, mainly from events at the Arena.

Harringay seemed like the centre of London then...
