There's also talk of "The possibility of a new NHS centre – to provide GP Surgeries and other facilities to support Haringey’s need for local health services"

What a simplistic statement. They wouldn't be much of a businessman if you did work at a loss. Or perhaps you think businesses survive without making a profit.

Take out businessman and put 'person'. Find me a person that continues
to buy from the local shops products which they can save hundreds of pounds for online
and you'll find yourself a rare person.
The law maybe an ass but not the individual that chooses to keep more money in the family purse.
