There's also talk of "The possibility of a new NHS centre – to provide GP Surgeries and other facilities to support Haringey’s need for local health services"

A businessman was asked their opinion of whether they would take less money for a contract, or not. What a surprise that they said no.

What a simplistic statement. They wouldn't be much of a businessman if you did work at a loss. Or perhaps you think businesses survive without making a profit.
