Mental health to be put on par with physical health waiting times.

Norman Lamb, (Minister of State for Care and Support,) has been talking about targets for mental health treatment (waiting times,) to be given same priority as physical health, but is April next year too long to wait, and will a new government keep to, or better this commitment?

Lib Dems have been quiet on saving St Ann's, ('factis non verbis,') what is their position?
