I run a Tai Chi / Qi Gong / Meditation in movement class every Tuesday in Crouch End, 6-7 pm, it is an holistic practice of mind, body and spirit

Hi, thanks for this :) do you have a website etc. that I can look at for more details please? I work in Stockwell (but live in the north!) so I would need to see if I can get there for 6pm.
