Sadly, having struggled to find the time to learn to play it and now being somewhat pushed for space, we have decided our piano has to go to a better home. Bought by my great-grandfather in the 1890's, this Weber piano has been in the family since new and spent most of its life in Sunderland, before moving to West Wales for a couple of decades and its been in our house for the last 12 years.
Complete with stool containing some sheet music from the early 20th century, it is in fair condition for its age but will obviously need tuning after being moved. More pictures of the piano can be seen here.
Going free to a good home - it's on the ground floor but help will be on hand as whoever collects it will need to negotiate some steps to get it out of the house.

Sure, any time you like - we're in all this weekend and I'm at home weekdays before 10am or after 8pm.

Hello, I'm interested too. I've been wanting to learn for years and decided this year I'd save up and look for a cheap piano. Free and local is great chance for me. If it's still available, I'd love to come see. Thank you. Yasmin.
I'm very sorry but the piano is now no longer available as another member of HoL will be taking it. But I'm fairly sure you won't have to wait long before another piano comes up cheap or free on HoL as I have seen a few here in the past.
