Thanks for sharing these photos. I'd never seen inside one of these flats before. Your flat looks very civilised and spacious - so much better than all the new builds.

I seem to remember that block being really grubby and badly maintained about 10 or twenty years ago. From your photos, it looks like it's now been taken in hand and provides excellent accommodation.

Hi Hugh, yes there has been a big improvement from 10 years ago. The block has been refurbished and security improved (gate and cctv).

Also we have applied right to management, kick out the freeholder from the managing who was useless and appointed a good company directly.

Also, as you are aware since you gave me precious historical information, we successfully fought back against the application to add 2 floors on top of the building.
