Lovely double room for free in return for some modest help

We are looking for someone from late Jan/early Feb to live rent free in the lovely spare room of our house (Carlingford Rd, 5 mins walk from Turnpike Lane Station) in return for some help with the kids and around the house. Would probably suit somebody studying in London or with a part time job. Definitely good for someone who thrives off lots of energy and we can guarantee there will never be a dull moment!
