Lovely 1 bed garden flat for rent from 1st December ish

We are due to move out of the area (boo hoo) as we are moving to a large place soon.

Very sad to leave, but I will be renting out my flat.  It's had a lot of work done to it and I feel it's a great place to live (quite large for a 1 bed) with lovely neighbours.

Rent is £1200 a month, and flat is on Duckett Road.
