Lotte: S/He is Sorry and Still Loves You!
I was walking up Umfreville Road earlier and was near to tears by the time I got to the top of it. Someone has opened his/her heart to 'Lotte' by expressing his/her love and apology all up along the road. Here is the story in full across.

Charlotte this was a bidder who missed out on an auction item he had set his heart on. While wasting time looking through the catalogue, he missed out on Lot 51.
He's just going to have to chalk it up to experience.
