Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

We found them in Seymour Road this evening. Do you know anyone who lost them?

They are about 6-10 weeks old, both very friendly and litter trained.

They look a bit older than the ones we found on Allison Road, so I don't think it's the same litter. Also if they are friendly they are probably not stray - but it's odd that kittens this young are out as they are too young to have their jabs. Not sure what to advise really.

Yes, we think they far too friendly for stray kittens. We want to keep them but our cat is not happy....

I'm wanting to adopt a kitten so if you don't find their owners would be happy to have one of them...

They love each other and think tragic that they will be separated... Any chance you can have them both? You can visit them and see what I mean.

They are both very sweet and friendly.

They've been following my husband and sleeping on him.

You can't separate them, that would be cruel!!

Jitsu, give your cat some time, it it's only been a few hours then it's understandable that the resident cat is a bit put out. I got kittens recently, and my old cat was not best pleased, but after a few weeks he started playing with them, and now they're getting on just fine. It was a little bit of hissing to begin with, but that's normal. Give them time, and give the resident cat his space, and you'll be fine.

Unless you find the owners, keep them! The owners must be frantic though. Hopefully they'll be going home soon. However, it is odd that they're out, thet do seem FAR too young, and it's really irresponsible of whoever's let them out / lost them. They're not that hard to keep an eye on!

Hi Anette. I've been meaning to ask after your 2 lovely cats you took back to the rescue centre for rehoming. Were they able to find them a nice home? It's always good to hear a happy ending!

Hi Justine, no, I've not had any news about them, was actually going to ask myself. They've not been that forthcoming with information so I am guessing they're a little peeved with me for handing them back...
On another note, my older cat is MUCH happier, and calmer, so there's a happy ending right there!

I hope these two kittens will find a happy ending too.

Aw, they are so sweet! Agree with others, definitely don't separate them. For potential adopters who don't already have pets, two cats are often less trouble than one in a way: they keep each other company.

I'd check to see if they are microchipped asap, but I think it's just about possible that they might not be pets but have grown up around humans. My older cat is thought to have grown up 'semi feral' and is now FAR more friendly than her always-been-a-pet kitten!

Hi - I have a shed full of kittens at the moment all wanting a loving home - please get in touch if you are interested. They are free so long as you promise to innoculate them and get them neutered.

There are far too many kittens around generally- i wish people would get their cats neutered, and then maybe so many kittens wouldnt be put to sleep every year as there arent homes for them- the rspca, and cat shelters are over full with them

Hi Jitsu, what happened to the two kittens in the end?
