Hello,
A few weeks back my daughter lost her Space Gray iPhone 5s during class time at Hornsey School for Girls.
It's been placed in Lost Mode but it hasn't come online since, nor anybody has contacted us about finding it, despite having made it very easy to trace it back to us. The phone cannot be activated by a different user without its iTunes password, so it's not exactly something that has an immediate resale/use value.
I'm happy to reward whoever might have found the phone and does the right thing by returning it.
Thanks!
Once upon a time we might have hoped that her teacher had confiscated this distracting gadget. An Apple for the teacher?
If the device had been a class distraction, any sane parent (us included) would have welcomed a confiscation.
Sometimes, however, a pipe is not just a pipe. Some kids, whose needs are different from neurotypical kids, use special apps to help with their challenges. And those apps are available only for certain types of devices.
Thank you so much for your offer, it's very kind of you. We have already replaced the device and order is restored, but it's post like yours that restore faith in humanity.
Have a very happy new year, Ben!
