Has recently started to use a Parking Registration System
Not that Well Marked, Only noticed sign in Lift
There are several Terminals , Ground and 1st Floor
No Parking Fee
But are issuing Penalty Notices if you Fail to register on arrival

I suppose as a poetic form in the best Ruggles tradition, this one might be catalogued as a Very Free Limerick.
