Looking to purchase x3 Parking Permits for Green Lanes (B)

Hi,
We've just moved in and have tradesmen coming this week and so need 3 parking permits. We haven't got proof of ownership yet so can't get them from the council. Does anyone have any that we could purchase off them, please?
