Looking to buy a small flat with garden/yard

A relative of mine is hoping to find a studio or one-bedroom for sale in the area, which has access to a private garden or courtyard or some other outdoor space – a conversion rather than a block. She hasn't got a big budget, but doesn't mind a place that needs renovating. Been through all estate agents and all the homes she likes go like hot cakes, so I suggested to try via this forum!
