Looking someone who is good at pruning Apple trees, maybe figs too

Hi,

We have an apple tree that badly needs a proper prune - it's not all that old, but it is a tangle of branches and it drops a huge number of apples before they are ripe.

We also have a fig that comes in from the neighbour's garden that produces very nice figs, but also needs to be controlled on our side of the fence.

Any suggestions?
