Looking for nanny/nanny share

Hello - we have 2 toddlers and looking for a full-time nanny from March (though might be some flexibility with this). They will start nursery in September so would then need someone part-time. If anyone has any recommendations that would be great, we're also open to nanny-share arrangements. We live in Turnpike Lane. Thanks a lot.
