I'm looking for a flat/houseshare near the ladder (or at least N15ish area) to start early July. I'm 40, work for a national mental health charity, easy to live with (I think!). Currently live on Rowley Road on my own but missing company. Money less important than warm atmosphere. Animal and chld friendly.
