Looking for help to replace garden fence panel

Hi - I am on Harringay Ladder and some rubbish has been dumped at the back of my garden from someone in the road behind me.  This has broken my fence panel and I would like someone to help with clearing the rubbish (not much - a few bags of soil, wooden planks and a tyre) and then to replace the 6ft fence panel.
